Refund policy

Coffee, pods, capsules and cups
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. Please email us first at ciao@espressocafe.ch with your order number; we will send you the return address. Return costs are at your expense, unless the error is ours.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return.

For hygiene and freshness reasons, opened coffee cannot be taken back.

Panettoni
Panettoni are fresh products with a limited shelf life: they can be neither exchanged nor refunded once shipped.
A confirmed pre-order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged item or order error
If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt, with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
