Delivery area
We deliver to your door across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Coffee and cups: delivery costs
- Orders up to CHF 64.99: CHF 15.–
- Orders from CHF 65.– to CHF 99.99: CHF 10.–
- Orders from CHF 100.–: free delivery
The amount is based on the total order value, panettoni included.
Coffee and cup orders are prepared in Geneva and delivered within 3 to 5 working days of payment confirmation.
Panettoni (pre-order)
- Delivery cost: CHF 10.– per panettone order, regardless of quantity.
- Panettoni are fresh products, made in Campania for the season. They are delivered to your door in a single delivery in early December 2026 (1 to 10 December).
- If your order contains coffee and panettoni, they are delivered separately: the coffee as soon as possible, the panettoni on the scheduled date.
Showroom pickup (free)
Free pickup at our showroom, Rue Le-Corbusier 5, 1208 Geneva, by appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We email you as soon as your order is ready; reply to the email or call +41 22 347 42 03 to book your appointment. Coffee: ready within 1 to 2 working days. Panettoni: pickup from 1 December 2026.
Tracking
We email you when your order ships, with a tracking number when the shipment has one.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment; the reshipping costs are at your expense.
