Each panettone is made in Naples about ten days before shipping, with no preservatives.

Swiss Post delivers across Switzerland and Liechtenstein from 1 to 10 December 2026. Or free pickup at our Geneva showroom from 1 December, by appointment.

How much does panettone delivery cost?
CHF 10 per panettone order, however many panettoni you order. Pickup at our Geneva showroom is free.
When will I receive my panettoni?
Panettoni are delivered by Swiss Post across Switzerland and Liechtenstein from 1 to 10 December 2026.
Can I order coffee and panettoni together?
Yes. They ship separately: coffee right away (3 to 5 working days), panettoni in early December.
How long does a panettone keep?
Our panettoni are 100 % natural with no preservatives. Best before about 50 days from production, kept at room temperature, dry and out of direct light.
Can I collect my panettoni in Geneva?
Yes, free of charge at our showroom, Rue Le-Corbusier 5, 1208 Geneva, from 1 December 2026, by appointment, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
Do you have gluten-free panettoni?
Yes, two 500 g panettoni without gluten or lactose: Classic and Chocolate.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
No, a confirmed pre-order cannot be cancelled. Panettoni are fresh products and are not exchanged or refunded once shipped.
