The dough, resulting from a slow 36-hour fermentation and enriched with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, contains tender pieces of Vesuvius Pellecchiella apricot. Each bite is a delicate union of fruity fragrance and vanilla sweetness.

CLICK & COLLECT:You can pick up your cakes in Geneva (Arcade located at Rue Le-Corbusier 5, 1208 Geneva) from December 1st to 15th.
DELIVERY:The Panettone will be produced 10 days before your delivery. Deliveries will take place from December 1st to 10th.
STORAGE:100% natural product with no preservatives, imported directly from Naples. This brioche has a short shelf life, which is a testament to its quality; it is best consumed before the beginning of January (see batch and expiry date on the packaging).

Please note:Keep in a cool, dry place away from significant temperature fluctuations. This pastry, made with fresh, active yeast, should not be placed in a warm area, as this accelerates fermentation and causes excessive sweating of the product.
